Project: SoFlo Studios, San Antonio OCO diverted 95 percent of the construction waste from landfills through their intense commitment to reuse or recycle while designing and building these carbon-neutral studios for their firm. Diane played up the sustainability as well as the industrial chic look of the galvanized-steel-clad building as she successfully pitched to environmental and material-based magazines.
Project: Byron Steele HS, San Antonio O'Neill Conrad Oppelt Architects looked to futuristic floor plans and materials to create a 21st-century high school designed to accommodate innovative education approaches. Diane used the firm's inventive layout to get the project into architectural publications as well as major regional news providers.
